So technically they didn't die....

Jodyanne F

'twas a lovely long twilight eve down at the Perseverance tonight giving a warm glow to the room and rosy faces of the quiz contenders. By the halfway mark Ceefax the cat had established as a strong lead which which they pushed even further in round and thus stormed home to take the top prize £50 bar tab. It was a lot closer at the other end of the table where there was but a point difference in it with Beggars for Wine securing the alms they sought. It was only the Beggars who recognised Katherine Elizabeth's artistic merit whilst poor Mr Mendes was unknown to all. The jackpot remains unclaimed so rises to a nice £196 next week. Book your table early for a chance to play.
